Harvested from the Cauca region in Colombia, this coffee has been cultivated by several smallholder producers. Caucan coffee growers are famed for their love of the land and take special care in processing and production. The varied range of mountain elevations and flora throughout the area causes a wide temperature fluctuation from farm to farm, while naturally rich volcanic soils from the Andes Mountains provide a prosperous environment for the coffee trees.
