Tirra Estate is located in the San Marcos district in the Tarrazu municipality, and sits at elevations of 1500-1600 MASL. The cherry grown on the Estate is processed by the Coopetarrazu cooperative mill. It is one the world's most famous regions for coffee cultivation. Optimum soil and climate, paired with highly skilled and experienced producers, make for ideal cultivating conditions. Salted caramel and cherry notes are the central flavours of this beautiful single origin.
Tasting Notes
Rich sweet full body with almond, salted caramel and cherry notes. Red wine sangria acidity lingers through a long molasses, almond and caramel finish.
