This coffee has been produced at Finca Liquidambar, in the San Marcos municipality of western Honduras. The farm is organically certified. All the coffee is handpicked during harvest by trained pickers, careful to only select ripe fruits. Caramel and peanut sweetness are the most distinguishable flavours in this honey processed coffee, which finishes with a tropical like acidity.
