The farm of San Marcos is home to over 65 producers, who harvest over 2 hectares of land each. Each variable from the farmer to their harvest practices plays a pivotal role in creating this distinct, complex, and consistent coffee that is thoroughly enjoyed by coffee drinkers around the world.
