KENYA PB EVANS
KENYA PB EVANS
Located in Kiambu County, Githunguri Sub county and Komothai location. The coffee trees were first planted in 1963. The main crop is harvested in October to December each year. Sorted and processed through the cherry hopper for pulping, then ripe cherries are separated from under-ripes, overripe and foreign matter. The red ripe cherries are then treated with a wet processing method and are fully washed. Blackcurrant-like acidity and blackberry are the dominate flavours of this coffee, which also has tasting notes of floral honey and long chocolate in the aftertaste.
